I went to Best Value for a hearing test. I new my hearing loss was severe, which the test showed. My hearing aids that I have are pretty well useless, needed repair, but the on line vendor wasn't interested in repairing them. I wound up buying a set of Starkey aids. The experience and knowledge of the person who sold them to me was remarkable. I think I made a good choice of hearing aids and using Best Value. If you in the market looking for hearing aids, make the trip Best Value. I think you'll have a good experience as I.

The receptionist was very nice about getting my test results and medical information. Robbin was very precise about getting the correct hearing aid for me. She also explained the process with the insurance to get the hearing aid. I would recommend Best Value Hearing Care Center to others.

TracyDuvall is the receptionist at this center and she has always been welcoming and efficient. Today was no exception. After she had cleaned the aids, she asked about any concerns I had. She then said she would take care of it. She took me in to the inner office and made contact with Dr. Altman who directed her in solving my concern. I was surprised that she had no problem in working with Dr Altman. She was confident and very competent. I definitely feel good about her effort and am even more impressed that today she was the receptionist as well as the hearing tech. You are fortunate to have her as your employee.
